History

N & K Spedition was founded in 1988 by Per B. Jensen in Esbjerg, Denmark. Back then, the company was based in small premises and focused on transports of fish to the Netherlands and returning to Denmark with fruit and vegetables.

Since then, the company has experienced strong growth. N & K Spedition has long since moved from its original modest premises to Malervej 12 in Esbjerg and now has approx. 50 employees. The company also has offices in Klaipeda, Lithuania and Oslo, Norway.

N & K Spedition has expanded its range of transport services from fish, fruit and vegetables to and from the Netherlands and now transports all types of goods to all of the EU, eastern Europe and Russia.

In 1990, N & K Spedition was converted into a family-owned limited liability company with Per B. Jensen as managing director.

In 2009 Martin Gde Gregersen mooved to the position of managing director and Per B. Jensen is now chairman of N & K spedition A/S.

Co-owner of Thadaeus Shipping & Transport ApS

thadaeus_shipping_og_transportN & K Spedition A/S owns 50 per cent of the transport operator Thadaeus Shipping & Transport ApS in Padborg.

Thadaeus Shipping & Transport has its own shipping, transport and customs division as well as a terminal for reloading fish and fish products bound for southern Europe.

Per B. Jensen is managing director of Thadaeus Shipping & Transport ApS and chairman in N & K Spedition A/S.
